2026 Annual Homeowners’ Meeting

The annual meeting was on Wednesday March 25, 2026, 6pm at Round Table Pizza, 1579 Leslie Road

The 2026 Budget was approved and a copy will be saved under Meeting Minutes along with the meeting minutes in a few days.

2026 dues can be paid now and are due by April 30, 2026. You can drop them off at the HOA drop box on Anna.

The Proposed Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions is now saved under Documents. You can also click here to bring up a copy.
